The list of new programs launched within last four days is even smaller than the list on Friday. As for the new programs added to HYIPNews, there are two new HYIPs added today. WhoaInvestment is a short-term HYIP offering paid-upon expiry investment plans with the profit declared of 130-200% after 1-7 days. Western Investment Group is also offering short-term income opportunity paying130-550% after 1-5 days. The industry is slowing down and hence not many new HYIPs appear online.
HYIP ProblemsWhile the Openings section is not numerous and there's not much of an action there, the list of Problem programs is added up with a couple of HYIPs, which used to be listed at HYIPNews: Power Profit and LexiFund (the last one was a part of the Top Choice section till recently), as well as some new ones, the HYIPs, which are not listed at HYIPNews.

Google in cooperation with Square are working on the new payment system integrated that would allow accepting Bitcoins as the payment method. The new payment system is definitely going to raise questions and spur up the activity of Apple Pay system, which is far from that. HYIP Quotes The TOP Choice section has changed a bit this Tuesday. Let's see if the Hyip Quotes section could stay stable.
BITC1. The decline is observed here however the program is still taking the first place. On Tuesday, some rise occurred, though the following day things changed and the quotation index decreased by 44 points within 3 days and makes 234 points on Friday, February 13.
Ogden Organization. The decline, which was not typical for this HYIP lately, still affected the performance of the HYIP. Even though it managed to stay on the second place of the Hyip Quotes section. The stable performance did not last long. Just within two days on February 7 and 8 the quotation index remained stable on the mark of 254 points. The day after, the quotation index trend changed to declining and by Wednesday, February 11 it moved down to 213 points, which is a 40-points loss.
Poker Automatics. The declining trend this HYIP entered on February 6 still continues. Nothing but downward movement can be seen on the graph. The most active decline so far was observed during the period from February 11 to February 13. 40 points were lost by this HYIP, nevertheless it still takes the third place in the Hyip Quotes section today.
Altex Strategy. This HYIP managed to move one position up in the TOP 5 of most quoted HYIPs online thanks to the growth of the quotation index on February 13, when it reached its all-time maximum of 222 points. Even though within next three days the quotation index decreased, the movement was not that fast and this HYIP only lost 23 points.
Albion Union. This program has already been a part of the Hyip Quotes section before and this time it managed to get included, thanks to the rise of the quotation index on February 7 from 117 to 165 points.Within next three days the situation looked rather stable and even though on February 11 the quotation index moved 10 points down, 158 points is enough to take the fifth place due to general industry decline.
