Hello. My name is Todd. Todd Lawson. I??m 34, I??m a journalist and I??m the chief editor of HYIPNews resource. To be precise, I work over informational direction, according to our internal distribution. It includes not only release of the journal, but public relations and other similar tasks as well.
2. You are admin of popular HYIP News service, that is famous for its beautiful E-Zine with interesting articles, hot everyday HYIP news and reading Resources. Please, tell us the history of your sites (HYIPNews.com and InvestNavigator.com). Why did you decide to create such sites?
Actually, I see that you haven??t got strict notion of what HYIPNews is. Really, we constructed the work so that the explanation of what we are and what we do was put off. At the beginning we thought that our work is the main thing, as long as the result of our experience and knowledge. Now we understand that it??s our miss, that we hope to correct in the nearest future.
Now, let??s start. The idea of HYIPNews appeared in 2003. Then the team consisted of developer, designer and some persons, including the chief started to realize this idea. Then it was just a monitoring, I think that many people remember it. In principle, I was absent on this stage of the story, so I can??t give you details.
In 2004, due to the fact that more and more one-day monitorings of poor quality appeared. They aimed at making money as soon as possible. So it was decided to change the direction of the resource because it was noted that investor is lack of information, that could lead him to right decision, rather than advice
So, let??s speak about mistakes. I don??t understand why I??m always called admin. This is not true, actually. There are some key figures in our team, at first those, who are responsible for their directions, and noone can be defined as admin. Just I??m responsible for public relations, so I??m the most known person.:) But on the forum our official nickname is used by other people from our team. I appear there quite rarely, there??s too much work in editors office, in addition, we are lack of staff since December
3. How many people work in your Team? Where did you find your professional article writers?
We have 5 persons, not including the writers. They are these professionals. Authors are familiar to you. We don??t seek for them constantly, they are our writers, but they are not included into staff, however, they fulfill definite functions that go beyond the limits of journalism itself but these functions are not so numerous as we wish.
All these journalists are friends or professionals that we encountered in the sphere of on-line investments. In ordinary life they are persons of various occupations, with their stories and destinies, and I won??t represent them in the borders of such small space, and we soon create presentation page with all this info represented.
4. What are the principles of your monitoring? How do you choose programs? Is your rating automatic?
Our basic principle is the maximum of information. We don??t just watch the payouts to us, we don??t listen to silly accusations, but at the same time we watch market tendencies, analyze messages from investors and examine the program.
Of course, we aren??t automatic monitoring! This is the problem of the most sites that work in this sphere. They just make money, not paying attention to real demands of investors. Surely, it??s hard. Few people may make up mind to truth. So it??s necessary to fight DDOS and many other problems that are hard to get rid of. It??s hard, of course. The threats and problems with sites are usual.
As far as the indignation is concerned, you were right. Changing the status, critical news is met with a hostile demonstration against. We don??t fight with such attacks. We just try to settle things down. The matter is that we often receive information that administration would rather hide and not publish.
We publish it. It??s not harmful for the programs, we understand the market conditions, and the main thing for us is to give some use to investors. It??s silly to have a war that cannot be won. So we consider the complains, judge claims, and we are always ready to change our opinions. And all these steps are highlighted and nothing is hidden.
We don??t do anything unreasonable in this sense. If something changes or the information appears, it means that we have carried out investigation and we are sure that it??s reasonable. This is our ground. We inform the programs about the reasons. We always have the answers, because such decisions cannot be made without reasons.

Trust is much more important for us than fleeting profits, so in cases when we have complains, we just can explain why we did so, and disprove this information in public, putting us back.

6. When did you start your investment career? Do you like such style of life? Is it your hobby or Job?
Of course, after preparing so many articles on this topic, observing so many writings, I couldn??t escape interest in what is HYIP and use the treasury I had ?? knowledge and experience. Well, our authors do much work, and I went a long way being investor. ;) but, of course, it??s hobby. I confess, it??s successful, but I don??t try to make much money on it. The main thing is working with the information. The rest is secondary.
7. Is your new Service popular among investors? How do you advertise it?
I can??t judge it. If more than 2000 readers a day are the pledge of popularity, our service (that is not new, recognize it) is popular. We??ve experienced some problems recently, but we??ll settle them down for sure.
Of course, much advertising, new modern means of promotion are our miss. Or lack? It depends upon the angle of vision. We directed our efforts to creation of quality content, collecting the info that is helpful, rather than enforce THE INFORMATION WE WANT TO PROMOTE. Do you see the difference?
Unfortunately, many new resources deal with spam, purchasing traffic and other effective means of site promotion. Of course, this is the way to increase traffic, increase the number of temporary visitors??¦Is it the main thing? This is soon-rotting value, that will tomorrow show who is who. So we don??t regret that someone may not know us. Internet is vast, and it??s impossible to do everything. We just planned our aims and move to them. There are no fragile advantages among them.
8. What are your plans for the future?
Development. Perfection. At the nearest future we want to direct all efforts to improvement of our site. I mean technical tools and content quality. We may enlarge the sphere of services and try autosurfing monitoring ?? this sphere develops fast and its role at the market is evident. We also want to offer the newsletter to the readers, but these are just plans. As I??ve said, the main focus will be improvement of the basis at the nearest future
9. What can you advice to novice investors?
Read, collect information and never do premature conclusions. Don??t think that this program will bring you profit after one payout, and don??t think that they are scammers if someone states it??s so. In general, we are sure that if a fresher reads our materials, that sometimes are complex and boring, but VERY useful, we sure he won??t be a fresher any longer. Make conclusions yourself. Rely on the reliable sources and we are sure you will succeed.
