I now have the advertisement and upgrade pages back up! YEAH! For now, since I have a personal AlertPay account, AlertPay has no fees attached. This is apt to change in the future, so now is the time to purchase any upgrades, affiliate pages, personal ptc pages, or ads with AlertPay.

I took out the paypal buttons on the upgrade page. If unsure of how to calculate total due to the fees, please contact me for total price on any upgrade. Thanks.
