We are looking forward to developing intensively as well as extensively and look forward to expanding the representative offices abroad. To that end, we are working on the update of our representatives list to support our clients in different geographical regions. The website features are also planned for improvement meeting the clients' suggestions, in particular, for those who benefit from the referral program.
The trades will renew after the holiday season as specified in the Terms of Service, however, the website and all features will be available as usual, as well as Customer Support through all communication means specified on Contact Us page. The phone and online live chat support is expected Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm Panama time (-5 GMT) except for December 24-25 and December 31-January 1.
