ANY COMPLAINT ABOUT INVESTMENT FORGE

I would like to know if you hace received any complaint about INVESTMENT FORGE ??. Yesterday I placed a withdrawal, and I have not received it today!! they are always very fast and secure. Do you think they are taking 15 of february as non trading day too??
please advice.
