This followed the appeal against Gite Finance and probably it was somehow related. Though afterwards came a letter with the appeal against orientinvestment.com, so the first letter was probably referred to them as well. The question remains open. We ask the author of the above message to give some details in the comments otherwise we can't help or warn anyone.
