why is scam?

This question is not as easy to answer as it seems. My first thought: scam because it's scam. In other words because it cheats. According to one of our readers "Genius Funds is a scam site". Period. Yet they are scamers not because they cheat but because they don't pay and don't work. Their site is unavailable. The site is the feature of a program's work. No site - no program's work. When the site stops working it becomes a scam. The same thing if they stop paying or answering the clients' letters. And that is called scam. Almost every program becomes scam sooner or later. Your task is to chose the one which is later.
