NOT PAYING PROGRAMS

As to the programs which have recently changed its statuses in our monitoring list to NOT PAYING, they are: Wulu Invest and Oil-investment.

The first program has been discussed on our news line in the following news: http://www.hyipnews.com/news/17241/WULU-INVEST-PENDING/. Its change of status was not a surprise for us as we actually predicted it in the above news.

As to the second program, Oil Investment, their collapse was also quite foreseeable. We have got a scam report today from one of our investors informing on Oil Investment not paying. The author of the letter asked us to mark the program as Not Paying in our HYIP list.

Actually, we have already did that a few days ago, so we officially recommend against investing in these two HYIPs as well as in other Not Paying programs in our list whose sites are still available continuing scamming investors.
