The current release of the regular HYIP Informational Survey is blackened with the legal issues connected with Liberty Reserve shutdown. Everyone knows, Liberty Reserve has been the most popular and widely used e-currency in the HYIP market and now after its shutdown all industry is shaking and many HYIP programs and investors count losses and basically close prematurily. It's rather predictably that Top Choice section today would be completely different compared to the one we had last Friday. Of course after the Liberty Reserve shutdown we could expect lots of programs to get scammed after all, and so it happened. BAsically only two programs remained more or less stable in first Top 5: Australian Business Group and After90Days. The rest of participants have their rating decreased and some even blacklisted. As for the second part, the Sticky Listing has been added with two more HYIPs: Cavaxo Limited and Trade Asiapro. The rest have already been mentioned.
As for the new programs section, let's have a look how many programs appeared online without the main e-currency used by HYIPs. What i can tell for sure right away, no new programs have been added to HYIPNews listing, which is definitely not a very good thing. Anyway, we'll have to survive that.
Benfio Bravofunds Capital-inv Cash-dreams Crindaymoney Dzeninvest Enverst Finestincome Golibertyfunds I-dandelion Innovationinvest Invest-prime Magneticfunds Majesticpayday Milenia-finance Safesecurefund Securecapitalunion Solidrevenuestream Zanco
There are now new programs today added to HYIPNews listing. Just a short list of those newly launched. Indeed, the situation on the market is not the best for opening new HYIP, after the Liberty Reserve shutdown. The HYIP industry is entering new era, without Liberty Reserve and obviously it takes some time for things to become stable again.
Unit Crowd - not paying
Tetra Funds - not paying
Profit Reference - not paying
Unlim Funds - not paying
Car-Invest - not paying
Kaboo Forex - not paying
Optimax Inv - not paying
Welton Finance Group - not paying
Regular Trade - not paying
You may ask why is the Problem list so short taking into account the current market situation? Let me answer you... currently absoilutemajority of programs listed at HYIPNews and other popular monitoring sites are assigned with the AWAITING status for the reason of waiting for the funds conversion by HYIP admins. Some of them have already processed the conversion, others offer some bonuses or things like that. So, obviously we don't have confirmation they are not paying. With the rest of payment processors all payouts are processed smoothly, hence i will leave the AWAITING programs on hold till Friday. If things with them are not changed and they don't convert fudns to alternative payment processors or find another way to recompensate losses they will more likely be moved to Problem this Friday.
Paris Palms (14 days), Stable INV (19 days), Afterprofitday (9 days), LTE Capital (98 days), BanksPay (21 days), Unique Investment (17 days), Wallet Tree (13 days), HyipInvest (12 days), Adro Capital (33 days), EpicFunds (14 days), Luxury Life (26 days), Absolute Gain Fenix (33 days), New EVO Strategy (42 days), OmniSpend (65 days), Flash Income (91 days), Hourly-Investment (14 days), Capital Plus (6 days), Gold Dream Fund (259 days), Money and Credit (340 days).
Profit Wealth Club is also not showing much of interest towards the investors' funds and claims to be waiting for any official notice from Liberty Reserve, that is hardly going to happen, especially taking into account the founder is in jail:
"...We at profitwealthclub are remain to be positive about LR downtime, until we have an official update from libertyreserve, For all LR users on our program has the options to repurchase adpacks until LR issue is resolve, we are still working on a solutions for the benefits of LR users..."
We received a very detailed newsletter from Gold Alliance Fund, where admin is giving maximum coverage to the things going on with the project after the Liberty Reserve shutdown. At the same time, he is saying about some maximum convenient solution that would benefit the members to the utmost and not compromise the business of Gold Alliance Fund. It is obvious that absolute majority of investors funds have been deposited via Liberty Reserve and hence the number of members who got affected with the Liberty Reserve shutdown is enormous to Perfect Money investors.
Thus the admin of Gold Alliance Fund has reported there won't be a direct conversion of the funds stored in Liberty Reserve to other e-currencies, just because, let me quote it: "...The funds GAF had in LR are no longer accessible for our traders to work with and as such we cannot make any profits from them...". At the same time, the admin tries to assure everyone, payouts to alternative payment processors have not been affected and are processed according to the terms of the investment plans.
So, getting back to the compromise solution, Gold Alliance Fund refused to convert all LR deposits to PM, saying it's a rush decision, which would be a feasible solution. Instead, members who invested via Liberty Reserve will not be refunded, they will have an option to make another deposit via Perfect Money and get 20% bonus for the new deposit. In such a way the project's admin claims to find the compromise. At the same time all funds lost with Liberty Reserve are not going to be refunded and that's somehow leaves bad feeling about further deposits to Gold Alliance Fund.
So then, the bonus is offered, which is definitely not going to be tolerated by all those who had lost thousands of dollars in Liberty Reserve. At the same time, Gold Alliance Fund has nothing to do with the LR problems and hence by no means they can't be responsible for that. In that aspect offering the bonus for every new deposit made via alternative e-currency seems to be a really good compromise solution. How would investors, who lost their hard-earned funds feel about that? We'll see...
The admin of the Empire Finance Group has sent a very encouraging newsletter, saying that all currently active deposits have been converted from Liberty Reserve to Perfect Money. See this newsletter below:
"...We converted all LR deposits in to PM and now you will be paid with PM. Libertyreserve balances remains in the accounts and the new payments of earnings will be paid on Perfectmoney.
If LibertyReserve will up you are also will receive LR balance which are hold now on EFG account balance.
Thank you for monitoring and promoting our company!"
The admin of JLBCO acted the opposite way, which is rather suspicious. Unlike the previous program, which acted immediately and converted the Liberty Reserve deposits to Perfect Money, JLBCO admin has been trying to use the issue as the explanation for pending withdrawals. This is a road to blacklist, for sure. See the newsletter from JLBCO below:
"...I am Jacob Walter, the admin of JLBCO and I would like to take a moment to address the problems with Liberty Reserve that many members have brought to our attention.
We can only say that we do not know what is true or false, and we also do not know when Liberty Reserve will be back online, or if it ever will be. The only thing we know for certain is that Liberty Reserve is offline and we are unable to process any withdrawals to Liberty Reserve until it is back up.
If you have an investment with us using LR, all we can do is wait for the latest news and see what happens next. If it turns out that LR is not going to be back online, we will work with our investors in resolving the existing LR investment that they have with us.
For all other investments using other payment processors, please rest assured that this will not affect you in any way, and we are continuing to pay as usual..."
Secret Creations admin has also reported about refusing from using Liberty Reserve. All account balances have been converted to Perfect Money. See more about the issue in the newsletter from Secret Creations below:
"...Liberty Reserve has been removed from the Secret Creations system. All account balances and active deposits have been
converted from Liberty Reserve to Perfect Money. These sudden changes have been made as Liberty Reserve is currently closed due to legal issues. This is a huge loss but I assure you that Secret Creations will continue as normal. All losses due
to this unfortunate event will be absorbed by our parent company. If you have not already added a Perfect Money account
to your profile please do so as soon as possible. If you have already added Perfect Money, please check it is correct..."
The situation with Roulette GURU is a bit different. Yes, indeed this project has decided to terminate the acceptance of Liberty Reserve. For all those willing to complete immediate exchange of Liberty Reserve to other e-currencies, there's an exchange script available. However the exchange of LR works with 25% service fee, which means if there's $1000 stored on your account, after the exchange to alternative e-currency you will only get $750. Anyway, this is better than nothing. Especially taking into account the fact Roulette GURU has nothing to do with Liberty Reserve shutdown, just as any other HYIP.

Liberty Reserve has been shutdown after the arrest of the owner as part of a money laundering investigation performed jointly by police agencies in the United States and Costa Rica. Due to legal prosecution of Liberty Reserve, the arrest of the owner and the website shutdown, the HYIPNews portal terminates any kind using the Liberty Reserve e-currency. The programs monitored are prompted to convert the monitoring deposits in Liberty Reserve to Perfect Money or EgoPay. Otherwise, we won't be able to conduct effective HYIP monitoring. The cooperation with any program that refuses converting monitoring deposit to alternative e-currencies will be terminated immediately and this program will become blacklisted.
NO good news today! No wonder, especially taking the current situation into account. I wish something was better, however, it's not. Sorry for that, dear friends.
On Friday, the owner of popular digital e-currency Liberty Reserve was arrested at his home in San José and Heredia on as part of a money laundering investigation performed jointly by police agencies in the United States and Costa Rica. After the arrest, the website of Liberty Reserve has been shut down, obviously with no opportunity for the members to access their accounts any longer.
Millions of clients have been affected all over the world. As for the HYIP industry, this is going to be a shocking period for the investors online, for Liberty Reserve till recently has obviously been the most popular too for depositing funds to HYIP programs. Any HYIP currently working online has been accepting Liberty Reserve and now they will have to do something in order to remain on the stage. All Liberty Reserve account balances should be converted to other alternative e-currencies, such as Perfect Money, EgoPay, SolidTrustPay. I tend to believe many programs will scam down shortly without the financial support from Liberty Reserve, so we are about to face another hard period for the HYIP niche.
Indeed the shut down of LibertyReserve is a shocking news for the HYIP world, although we got used to that. Evocash shutdown, E-gold problems, now it's time for Liberty Reserve. Many e-currencies that deal with HYIP investments experience serious troubles sooner or later. So, who's next then?
EraChange has reported on removing the minimum fee for exchanges between e-currencies. From now on there are no restrictions on exchanging procedures. The service fee will remain stable. This changes have possibly been applied after the recent Liberty Reserve shut down.
Hyip Pulse blog has also posted his view of the Liberty Reserve shutdown issue. In his article the author is trying to answer some of the most frequently asked questions by the readers and investors. Is there any sign that authorities took the domain? Does Arthur Budovsky have anything to do with Liberty Reserve or eventually - not? Is the shutdown a competitors trick or really legal action by the U.S. authorities. And finally, the consequences of Liberty Reserve collapse - how it will affect the industry.
