I recently got an email scam from the fake Virtual Moneye mail server. You need to pay extra attention to the link, it is not from Virtual Money, but from (www.airsoftlier.be). Do not click any link you do not expected to receive. Here is the full email:Dear Cardholder, As noted today on our web site (News for Cardholders, Upcoming Change in Financial Institutions, dated September 15, 2008): Commencing on September 27, 2008, Virtual Money card transactions will no longer be processed through Arkansas Valley State Bank. In coming days, Virtual Money will be pleased to announce its new bank partner.
Until all the arrangements are finalized and the transition process to a new financial institution is completed, we will need to temporarily limit certain payroll load options.
As a side effect of this transition, Direct Deposit (Payroll) transactions will be suspended after September 27, 2008. As soon as our new systems are in place with our new banking partner, we will make this information available on our web site. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
YOU WILL NEED TO ACTIVE YOUR VIRTUAL MONEY CARD OF THIS CHANGE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Click here to active your Virtual Money Card Please note: FUTURE TRANSACTIONS WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE SENDER AND YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE FUNDED.

Simply log in to your Personal account, click on Priority Assistance for Cardholders from the Menu page and then complete the Customer Support form.
