The newspage of OKPAY payment processor has been updated with the news concerning the schedule for the May 2013 holidays. Everyone using this payment processor should take into account the following news when expecting for the transactions to be completed.
First of all, it should be noted, as of the official update from OKPAY, the financial offices in Prague are closed on May 1 and May 8. Accordingly, all transactions are completed on May 2 and May 9.
The OKPAY authorities apologizes for any possible inconveniences caused and expects the customers to plan the financial transactions in respect with the holiday schedule, taking into account national holidays. At the same time, OKPAY reminds that delays with processing the financial transactions will only apply to bankwire and cash money transfers, OKPAY Debit Card top-up. The rest of the services will be running as per usual.
