Basically there are no global changes in the Top Choice section in today's HYIP Informational Survey apart from one new program listed on the 10th place. The number of new programs listed at HYIPNews within last three days as well as those launched on the web lately is very limited. Compared to the list of new programs this Tuesday, when the number was really large today there are only two of them.
This Tuesday the list of problem programs was rather large and fortunately today it is a bit shorter than than on Tuesday. Moreover, two programs, which were Problem last time have recovered.
