The latest newsletter has been delivered to members by the admin of FinMutual. Within the newsletter there's a reminder on some questions, which are most frequently asked. First of all, there's a reminder about ways to reach the support service of the project. Apart from the support ticket system, one can reach the support via Skype (username: finmutual.com). Apart from that there's a Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/finmutualcom), where one can comment and view the latest updates.
Another question asked more often is about the statistics of FinMutual. As it's been explained there are various kinds of statistics relating to FinMutual. Some of them would require the database access, which is why, the management doesn't want to disclose this info for security reasons. Still some stats is still revealed, concerning the percentage of payment processors usage within the FinMutual system. Let me quote the stats information from the newsletter below:
Bitcoin: 17% of active investors
SolidTrust Pay: 29% of active investors
Perfect Money: 31% of active investors
EgoPay: 12% of active investors
Pexpay: 2% of active investors
OKPAY: 9% of active investors
As for OKPAY, the number is rather small, obviously because it has only been added recently. The admin assumes the percentage of using OKPAY will raise inm the nearest future. As for the numbers of investors, which is also a frequently asked question, the current number as revealed by the admin is 6318.
