The EgoPay team has sent the official newsletter to the customers explaining the situation around "warning e-mails". EgoPay reports that it has never sent e-mail threatening to block accounts or request verification or grant them with free prizes. There is also a reminder concerning "warning" e-mails, saying that any news should be confirmed in the News and Blog pages of the EgoPay website. So the first thing one has to do when receiving the suspicious mail is to check the website of EgoPay. In case there are no news the e-mail delivered is talking about, the best thing is to contact the support of EgoPay.

Also EgoPay emphasizes that the company never sends e-mails, with external links. If you receive any, there is a recommendation to contact the Customer Support immediately. Please have a look at the newsletter from EgoPay below:

"Dear Customers,
EgoPay Team wants to inform that we never send e-mails where we threaten our customers to block their accounts, request verification or grant them with free prizes.
If you think that the “warning” e-mail is sent officially by EgoPay, the first action you have to do is to check our News and Blog pages in our official website. If there are no news regarding the e-mail, please contact our Support who will answer all your questions.
EgoPay emphasizes – we NEVER send e-mails which would contain any external links as all issues can be solved internally by connecting to your EgoPay account or contacting Customer Support.
Yours sincerely,
EgoPay Team"
