Looks like the next Tuesday all offices of SolidTrustPay are going to be closed on the Canada Day. The holiday is similar to the independence day in the USA, which is also coming. On that occasion, please keep in mind one extra day-off for processing your deposits, withdrawals and currency exchange transactions to and from SolidTrustPay. There is no need to worry about the safety of funds, for all transactions are verified and the risk to lose funds is minimum. Apart form that the Customer Care will not be available next Tuesday accordingly. In case any issue appears, please wait till Wednesday, when the holiday is over. Please be advised that SolidTrust Pay's offices will be closed on Tuesday, July 1st for Canada Day. As this is also a Canadian Banking Holiday, customers are reminded to add extra processing time for deposits, withdrawals, and e-currency exchanges.

At the same time being a real payment processor, SolidTrustPay offers the phone support for the clients. Naturally as any other equipment, the phone line and devices should require the maintenance to be taken. So as it's been informed on June 25 the maintenance of the phone support has been undertaken, which is why the phone lines were not accessible for the time of maintenance. The clients of the payment processor have been informed about the maintenance in advance with the following newsletter:
