Dear Members, Here's the quick update concerning the most important thing, the numbers. I just arrived here at the insurance company and will stay here for around a week or so. We will do the same as always, i.e. go through the documents you have provided. This is a time consuming work and has to be done manually.
We have received around 65.7% of all the ID and Membership agreement documents we need, so there's stll some work to be done. But we are getting there, no doubt! My work here will slow down the support for a week or so.
The deadline is 19th of October, 2008.
