I found out that some member have checked both keywords: "Random Payout" and "Random Payout under $1" Please DO NOT check both keywords but decide for only one of them. The reason for having both keywords is, because PayPal charge in most countries high fee. If you have Moneybookers or live in a country where PayPal doesn't have any feee you can check "Random Payout under $1" to get the chance receive a prematureed payout even you have less than $1 in your account.

So please check your interests and make sure you have not checked both "Random Payout" keywords!
