AlertPay online payment system has again faced the problems. This time payment processor has reported troubles with Visa and Mastercard credit card processing. “As of Tuesday February 3rd, 2009 at 4:30pm, our credit card process for Visa and Mastercard went down to to technical difficulties. We have no issue processing AMEX cards at this time. We are sorry for the inconvenience in this matter. We are working around the clock to ensure the issue is resolved within the next 48 hours. We are working to resolve these issues so we may ultimately provide clients with the best possible service. We kindly ask your patience in this matter,†posted AlertPay on its company forum.
At the moment payment system has already fixed everything however the frequent problems of the payment gateway have initiated a lot of rumors and talks around the system. To remove all those talks the company promised to issue a detailed explanation. “We will be putting out a detailed explanation in the next few days explaining the various issues that AlertPay has been facing outside of our control,†said the system.
