We implemented the PIN Code several days ago without informing you beforehand and it has caused quite a bit of confusion and a tremendous workload for us. Here is what we are doing.When the Programmer comes online be it some time later today or tomorrow, we will disable the feature for ALL members.
It will stay disabled for 48 hours.After that you will all have an option in your profile to enable it if you wish.If you don't you will have to agree that you are responsible for your account.
So as of now we will be closing ALL the tickets with PIN issues.
Please submit a NEW ticket to be credited for missed days only if you had Pin issues.
