I am unable to engage in any financial transaction, sending or receiving payments, with any person from the following countries:
Angola, Burma, Belarus, Cuba, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Syria, Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia
Greece, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey)
North Korea, Serbia (including Kosovo), Sierra Leone, Syria and Zimbabwe.
In addition to those countries, due to the high level use of cheating software from other countries not on that list I have made the difficult decision to restict new sign-ups to only the countries listed below.
Existing members will be able to stay but your accounts will be made ads only. If you are from a country not on the above list and have already made a payment request, you will be paid this time after account verification.
I apologize to those this may inconvenience but as you have seen by now on many other sites, it is a neccessary action I must make.
So effective today 4/9/09 new members will only be accepted from the following countries:
