I'm sure you've seen notices about the new Paypal fees on many other sites. I will be doing masspayouts. Paypal charges a 2% fee for the masspay which unfortunately I am not able to cover. There will now be a 2% fee deducted from each payout request. I'm sorry about this but Paypal has made it necessary. All purchases will now need to be through my Paypal business account with fees. Alertpay has much lower fees, however at the moment I do not have enough funds to make payouts. There will be a delay on those payout requests until funds are available. Diane
