Another scam report was recently sent to our support service. This time the program in question is 12dailyoffer:

Please notify all possible regarding a scam site: http://www.12dailyoffer.eu

Investment made 09 April 2010, tracked and matured ($450 12 days). Withdrawal ($350) showing but no transfer to LR account!!! Reinvested $100, for 12 days (Matured 03 May 2010), now 11 days overdue.

We checked. The site is closed. Reportedly the program, launched in the beginning of January, had not any monitoring on their page at all! I believe that tells a good deal about 12dailyoffer. Most likely the program is gone for good. Hopefully the author didn't lose a lot with them.
