In this difficult time for HYIP industry most projects feel lack of investors. Especially that concerns low-ROI programs such as ReProFinance (reprofinance.com) offering 0.8%-1.5% for 90 days and 0.9%-1.9% for 180 days with the principal back on expiry. ReProFinance administration decided to draw new investors with the help of increasing referral commission which now makes 10+2%. The system of referrals has also been changed. Now there are referrals and sub-referrals receiving 10% and 2% respectively.

Apparently the program's administration decided it would be better to pay higher referral interest than to increase interests on investment plans. At least in that case they are paying broadly speaking for a new active investor, and that what the program needs the most right now. Rather wise decision I think.
