SUPPORT AT CORPBAYGROUP

A newsletter has been sent out by the administration of CorpBayGroup (corpbaygroup.com). They remind about the ways to contact a support department of this project in case you have any questions or problems. The support department is available on weekdays (from Monday to Friday). You can contact them via a support form: http://www.corpbaygroup.com/?a=support (link not actual). There is also a phone number +1 786 352 8882 (Available 9 am - 6 pm GMT Time (Monday Friday)) and fax: +1 786 352 8883. They also provide a mail address: P.O. Box 8901 SW 157th Ave #16, Miami, FL 33196.

You could read about all these means of communication in our short review of CorpBayGroup, so this newsletter actually just reminds about the contact methods. In that review I informed you there was a live support icon on the website which did not function. The admin of CorpBayGroup assured me that they were working on it and live support would be launched within a couple of days. In the latest newsletter it is informed that live support is now available.

However, Ive checked the website several times and live chat was always offline. Therefore I sent an email asking to explain why it is not working and havent received a reply yet. I hope they will finally respond because we believe that being silent is not the best way to manage the program.
