Some of our readers have commented on that news saying that the support service has been pure lately and the administration does not help much. Well, the problem with mailing system has been already solved and now you can send your queries to email@example.com again. Let’s hope there won’t be any problems with support anymore. It is clear that the team of InvestPlatforms is trying really hard to save the project and continue operating and this is probably why it sometimes takes a long time to reply.
In another update they thank all members who have been supporting InvestPlatforms on forums and monitors and have had faith during the difficult times. The administration also asks all investors of the program for assistance and informs about some benefits for these members. Their emails will be answered on a first-priority basis:
“Meanwhile, for the members whom post their payments proofs on forums, there WILL be GIVEN priority queue status as their gesture brings high moral and appreciations to our staff members and in doing so, our board regards these individuals as a part of our very own. Members are given priority queue statuses based on their activity on forums and monitors and for those whom decide to op-out from this queue system will just enter into our normal payment system (withdrawals between 12hours – 72 hours as stated in TOS).”
It is also informed that they are working hard on solving all problems at InvestPlatforms.com and there are only some minor issues left.
