Interesting information was provided yesterday by one of our loyal readers, the agent, who can be found on forum under the nickname GanhoRapido. He told about the way an administrator of HyipView monitor did not pay him RCB. For those who don't know, RCB is a service which lies in the fact that monitors pay out investors a part or sometimes several parts of referral commission, which monitor will get after investors make deposits by following monitor's link.

RCB commission has been always paid out with problems. Sometimes RCB is not more than just a bluff but most often it is necessary to undergo lengthy procedures and literally wheedle money out of a dishonest monitor.

That's the kind of problem GanhoRapido has faced. He invested in instant-hourly.com and asked the monitor for his RCB. However, the admin of HyipView replied that GanhoRapido was not his referral. Then he said that the user did not invest anything. Lastly, the administrator said that he had not received a referral commission, and therefore, our agent won't get any money.

Apparently, the administrator of HyipView used a standard set of answers and it seems to me that he had not even looked into his account. GanhoRapido provided a screenshot and a proof on every excuse. You can see that here (This link used to lead to a forum, it is no longer relevant).

The most curious thing in this story is that instant-hourly.com stopped paying when GanhoRapido made his request for getting RCB. And it is quite possible that the last excuse, which the admin of HyipView used was actually a real reason for not paying RCB. However, a program instant-hourly.com had a PAYING status all that time even though it was not paying!
