MAHIFund is experiencing an unpleasant situation right now because of the payment processor AlertPay which is known for blocking high-yield investment projects' accounts and keeping those funds without explaining the reasons for doing so. Many projects have faced this problem, and therefore admins do not like AlertPay and usually add it only in case if they need to increase the cashflow, because a lot of investors prefer AlertPay for its chargeback function.
However, when it really comes to returning funds to investors in case if AP blocks some project's account, this rarely happens. Meaning investors file disputes with hope that they will get their invested money back (and that's why in most cases they prefer AP to LR) and do not receive their funds. That's the game AlertPay is playing. But anyway, if you made a deposit in MAHIFund via this payment process, you should file a deposit and hope for return of your money. Here is what MAHIFund says:
“Alertpay blocked our Bussiness account wih them for unknown reasons and without any notice. We are unable to process withdraw requests or make any other action while they accept our investors continue to deposit. We also stopped ourself to accept deposits with them, founding their attitude totally unprofessional.â€
They also encourage you to file disputes claiming that there are enough funds on their AP account to refund all investors who deposited using AP. They say it is impossible to exchange your funds to another e-currencies and you can only try to recover your deposit. The detailed instruction on how to do file a dispute is provided in our article called “How to File Disputes and Return Money at Alertpayâ€. This payment processor will be deleted from the system and MAHIFund will only accept LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney.
