Such a move can be explained by the fact that the administration of the project simply wanted to operate for a while in order to show everyone now that they have experience and have paid for a month and a half (although it happened just once, because it paid monthly). In such a way they decided to become more attractive for investors (because as you know, many investors prefer to wait for a while and see how the project develops and only then make their deposit).
