Recently the live chat software of CFD Online has not been operating properly. The admin, Stevan Brady, apologizes for that and gives explanation, that theere were problems with the SSL server, due to which Live Chat was not working peroperly. The chat requests were not actually received by support staff and accordingly they couldn't answer it properly.
After getting numerous complaints and request from the customers, the decision was taken to install a new live chat operator provider, which is now fully operational. The problem now seems to be solved by Stevan. I have also tested the CFD Online new Live Chat system. It is working properly. Operator is online and response is positive.
