Enr-G has reported about recent troubles with instant payments via SolidTrustPay. It has also been reported that the reason for the trouble is bad connection of the STP server to the site of Enr-G. The admin claims this problem is 100% an issue of SolidTrustPay after having the entire system checked for errors and bugs and having found no issues on their side. Besides there were noticed many 502 errors on the site of SolidTrustPay, when trying to navigate it.
Despite the issue, admin of Enr-G still assumes, STP is the best payment processor, no matter what, which gives some certainty this issue is going to be resolved soon. While there are troubles with instant payments, manual withdrawals from Enr-G to SolidTrustPay have been activated. The only thing about the manual withdrawals is that because of API access troubles, they are also processed deadly slowly. That is why, the admin of Enr-G ask 48 hours for completion the manual withdrawal, and if possible not to make any, until the instant payments are resumed, which is happening faster than 48 hours, hopefully.
