Update: We have just received the news update from Secret Creations, saying that as the alternative to Liberty Reserve, which has been shut down, EgoPay and Bitcoin payment processors have been added.
Secret Creations admin has also reported about refusing from using Liberty Reserve. All account balances have been converted to Perfect Money. See more about the issue in the newsletter from Secret Creations below:

The situation with Roulette GURU is a bit different. Yes, indeed this project has decided to terminate the acceptance of Liberty Reserve. For all those willing to complete immediate exchange of Liberty Reserve to other e-currencies, there's an exchange script available. However the exchange of LR works with 25% service fee, which means if there's $1000 stored on yoru account, after the exchange to alternative e-currency you will only get $750. Anyway, this is better than nothing. Especially taking into account the fact Roulette GURU has nothing to do with Liberty Reserve shutdown, just as any other HYIP.
