The second newsletter sent out by the management of the new HYIP called Stable6 looks more educational than informative. At the end of the first week online, the admin of the project has decided to explain the referral program details to the members of Stable6. Possibly some questions concerning this system have arisen and hence explanation needs to be done.

So, speaking about referral program, the main notice that should be made is that it's three-level. Obviously experienced investors get used to this scheme, still newbies definitely need some simpler explanation and clarification of the details. Please see the part of the newsletter quoted below with the details of referral program by Stable6: "...you are paid a 6% referral commission for every new person you introduce to Stable6.com personally. However, it does not stop there. You do earn from your referrals introductions too. It goes down 3 levels in an ascending order as: 6% for Level 1, 2% for Level 2, 1% for Level 3..." Also it needs to be noticed that active deposit is not a must to have for anyone willing to take advantage of using the referral program of Stable6. This is natural!

The end of the newsletter gives some sort of reminder concerning active accounts of Stable6 HYIP in the social networks of Facebook and Twitter. The admin encourages everyone to visit the pages of the project in social networks and join the communication and promoting the project socially. I personally don't think investors will be so much active in the social networks, hence the reminder is a not a bad sign to do after all.
