We are pleased to welcome you, dear readers, to the HYIP Informational Survey #315, published following the link below. As usually we start the survey with the list of the TOP Choice programs, currently listed at HYIPNews. Back again there are no major changes in the Top Choice section this Tuesday. One more new program has been added to HYIPNews listing lately.
Among all the programs, which used to be Problem last Friday a couple have been moved to closures and others remain Problem. The new list is nearly of the same length giving the update on the new programs, which experience problems with payouts. Speaking about the closures list, it is not large. The Events section counts some updates from the HYIPs online, while again there is no Emoney section, due to the reason there haven't been many updates from the payment processors lately, possibly because of Easter holidays.
We may observe very similar situation in the HYIP Today section with the development of the quotation index of the TOP 5 programs this Tuesday. All programs members of TOP 5 have observed one-day decline of the index on Saturday and then all of programs have recovered to their previous positions.
