UPDATE: Another update has been delivered today from FinMutual reminding the customers not to submit more than one support ticket and not update the existing ticket until the support agent replies it. In such a way the support department of FinMutual is trying to fight against ticket spamming. There is a notification, that every time one updates an existing ticket before the agent does or opens the repeating ticket, one loses the place in line and ticket gets removed back, hence it takes longer to wait for the response.
The regular bonus deposit promo update has not been delivered properly for the majority of customers of FinMutual. The admin apologizes for that. Because of the technical bug that occurred with the mail delivery software, the update e-mail has not been delivered on Friday to many users. To compensate this loss, the bonus percentage has been also available on Monday. The updated bonus schedule for the following week is delivered as well. As for the next bonus schedule update it will be sent this Friday afternoon as usually.
