It's been a week since the previous HYIP Informational survey was released. Today we are glad to offer the HYIP Informational Survey #351 at your attention. The first survey published in October presents the readers with the updated Top Choice section. The new program has appeared in the TOP Choice section on the seventh place, more details about it are given below. Two new programs have been added to the HYIPNews listing lately, the details of which are given in the Openings section. The Problems section is less numerous than the list of Closed HYIPs.

As for Events, there is a number of updates within a week, still the industry has not been very active and hence this number is average. The Emoney section presents the readers with the overview of the changes and updates of EgoPay and Payeer payment processors. The HYIP Quotes section today is a bit different from the one last Tuesday. The first place is now taken by the program, which used to be on the second place, while the one taking the second place moved down accordingly.
