The HYIP Informational Survey #391 is published following the link below. Top Choice section goes first traditionally. Today no changes are observed on top of the HYIPNews list. Still the same programs are there. After the collapse of some leading HYIPs things stabilized at least for now.

As for the Openings section there is not much of activity there lately. One program has been added to Free listing and the number of new HYIPs launched is minimum. The same is about the Problems section. There is only one HYIP there, the one, which remains problem since last Friday. As for the Closures list, 3-Business eventually moved there along with another HYIP, listed at HYIPNews FinShock, which used to be a part of HYIPNews listing for 30 days.

The Events section is not very numerous, for not many events took place lately in the HYIP programs. An interesting update concerning the development of Apple Pay and Samsung Pay mobile payment systems is presented at the readers' attention in the Emoney section. Massive sudden decline of HYIP quotation index is observed with all the HYIPs included to the Hyip Quotes section, which led to the change of the leader here.

As for HYIPNews Events section, there is an update concerning the recent server maintenance held on Sunday, as the result of which, the service might have been interrupted for as while. See more information about the development of HYIP industry in the HYIP Informational Survey #391 following the link.
