The first update posted reports about the change of Customer Care policy starting from March 30. the phone support system is now disabled from operation and all customers are moved exclusively to online Live Chat support and 24/7 ticket system.
The reason for that is the need to service as many customers as possible. The Live Chat is available Monday- Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST. In order to access the Live Chat one should visit the Contact Us page and chat live or submit the support ticket if the live support is unavailable.
An other update posted at SolidTrustNews speaks of the working schedule of SolidTrustPay offices during the Easter holidays. Please be advised that SolidTrust Pay's offices will be closed on Friday April 3rd and Monday April 6th for Good Friday and Easter Monday. As these are also Canadian banking holidays, customers are reminded to add extra processing time for deposits, withdrawals, and e-currency exchanges.
