Learn about the development of the situation with PayPal account of LeopardFinance and the solution found to complete payouts and fix Payza issue as well

Earlier on July 9 the admin of LeopardFinance informed of completing 20 days online, paying smoothly since June 19. On this occasion the bonus $5 was offered for every new member with the deposit not less than $20.

Two days after that another news was delivered for the members and partners saying the project is now eligible for paying PayPal earnings, explaining no changes will be done and all cash balance to be paid within 30 minutes. As the admin assured the account was working fine and he was able to complete all requests in manual mode. As for Payeer account, it was hacked as claimed by the admin of LeopardFinance.

Today things are developing further on. Early in the morning there was another notification saying the PayPal payouts are not instant and first of all the payments go through to the old members. The PayPal account has been cleared of all the issues and the admin told he would delete accounts which are not ready to send back Paypal refunding amount to him. Since then he promised all payments will be paid within 10 or 20 minutes.

Three hours later today the final by now newsletter has been delivered by LeopardFinance, where the admin confirmed he had started PayPalaypal service and now investors can withdraw funds to their PayPal accounts. Meanwhile the works to resolve the issue with Payza are in progress and are supposed to take up to three days.

We have started paypal service , Now you can withdraw your funds to paypal. Meanwhile we are working on payza service resolution and it will take up to 3 days. As for me seems for such a young program there are too many problems with the payment systems. It may certainly affect the image and reputation of the hyip badly, which will certainly cause some lack of new members and deposits, and further on may lead to soon closure of the project. Hope it's not the case about LeopardFinance though.
