As the admin assured the account was working fine and he was able to complete all requests in manual mode. As for Payeer account, it was hacked as claimed by the admin of LeopardFinance.

Meanwhile the works to resolve the issue with Payza are in progress and are supposed to take up to three days.

As for me seems for such a young program there are too many problems with the payment systems. It may certainly affect the image and reputation of the hyip badly, which will certainly cause some lack of new members and deposits, and further on may lead to soon closure of the project. Hope it's not the case about LeopardFinance though.
