For those reasons above if you have received deposit confirmation email from the system but deposit has not been recorded, you should contact [email protected] with subject "Deposit Problem" and include the message content from your confirmation email (Deposit payment method and amount). In that case the deposit will be added to your account within 24 hours.
The Cloudpons have added an opportunity to create a deposit using funds contained on the internal balance in your account.
