There are two fresh updates on the website of Pleonic Progress project that has joined us just 3 days ago, although it started operating on November 25. Just recently the admin informed that there were more than 2500 members in the project and he thanks everyone for great support since the beginning of the project’s operation. The second update is much more important and it is informed in it that registration documents had been published on investors’ request.
The links to four documents can be found on the main page of the website and are available to everyone. According to provided information, Pleonic Progress website is owned and operated by the UK registered company PLEON LIMITED (Company No. 03364359). The registration can be verified by visiting the Companies House website and doing a keyword search on a company number: 03364359.
On the website it is stated: “Pleonic Progress is an independent advisory and investment company specializing in providing asset management service since 2001”, yet in the Certificate of Incorporation it is said that it was given at Companies House, Cardiff, on 01th May 1997 and moreover is incorporated under the Companies Act 2006 (as you can see the Companies Act came into operation later that the Certificate was given and according to the date, it was given in 1997 which is earlier than Pleonic Progress started operating (2001).
P.S. I didn’t go into analyzing all other documents and also if I got this all wrong, I hope the admin of the program will correct me in the comments and will clarify the inconsistencies.
