We have been enduring support ticket spamming, so we have had to institute these rules. We have mentioned this before, but we are still seeing the issue quite often. It is important to know when you create extra support tickets and update an existing support ticket before a support agent responds, you lose your place in line and the ticket is moved to the back of the line.
