Looks interesting. Anyway, this event fallows the last tendencies. For WebMoney which behind borders of Russia is not so widely spread it is a true way to stay there... There are also attempts to be even more strong fixed at a "legal" level and, thus, to function only in this sphere. It means only one thing: the market grows... There is a place for others.
