Take your time to read the interview with Vikor Pepler, the administrator in chief here at Santiventures introducing the project to investors (HN): First please introduce yourself to your readers and describe your position in the company. Briefly introduce your team how many people are working for the company and what their key positions are.
Santiventures (SV): My name's Vikor Pepler, the administrator in chief here at Santiventures. I would like to start introducing the team from Joel Berk, our support assistant, and Bernie Goldberg, project coordinator. Except the named three there are 13 people involved in running Santiventures, 3 team leaders on top of 10 business executives. De facto only 5 of them are full time venture managers working on a contract. Much of the work is freelancing or pay-as-we-go sort of cooperation.

HN: Please tell us what contact information you give your clients. How close you let them approach to you?
SV: First, that's the common ways like email or live chat. Any support ticket is taken good care of and is usually processed within 24 business hours. At weekend you might expect delays but that really depends on the issue. Second, we are in the process of moving to a new specially rented address in Panama. Once ready anyone will be able to send general mail or fax or schedule a short meeting. As for the moment telephone support is available for selected members but I see adding a telephone helpline a good option to follow.

HN: Is your company somehow officially registered? If yes, do you open to public the documents that confirm its legal status?
SV: Yes, is operating as subsidiary of Santi Ventures Inc. although it's an independent high yield income program. The related documents are not to be publicly available and to be perfectly sincere I have no idea why they should as this is a matter of privacy and copyright. Any active member can request a copy anytime by going through a simple procedure.

HN: Please describe what investment plans you offer to your investors. Why is your offer more attractive than other projects?
SV: Santiventures offers a series of investment plans starting from as low as 1.3% daily profit and ending up 2.8% daily. The investment term is 150 business days for each plan. The first important thing is that the initial deposit is paid back upon completion for all Lite plan deposits. The second is that compounding option is also available which can add much to total earnings. We also pay 1 tier deep 5% affiliate bonus to all our affiliates.

According to the interest rates those offers are more or less attractive as the returns are much higher than the regular bank rates but still they face strong competition from the part of rapidly growing HYIP community, in particular high risk short term programs. The bottomline line is that Santivenures pays the money it claims to pay and that's the main point.

HN: It is not a secret that the sphere of online investments is accompanied with high risks for the investors. How can you provide financial stability and security of your system?
SV: First of all Santiventures is aimed at long term operation and cooperation. With the help of our high reserve model we are able to reserve up to 15% of our total turnover from at least 60% of our forex ventures. Second, we cooperate with risk management experts from the UK who proved to be good in risk assessment. And lastly, we deliver on quality and profitability of the service.

HN: Do you consider your program to be special among other similar programs? Why would you recommend it to investors?
SV: For the last 2 weeks I have easily found at least 3 cutting edge investment management services similar to Santiventures. This means we have strong competitors who will help us develop accordingly. In my hubble opinion Santiventures is one of the special programs as it has got a strong background in combination with horizontal diversification of members' funds. But on the whole it's up for a particular member to decide on what's special for his money.

HN: Tell few words about your promotion and advertising. What do you pay attention most?
SV: We pay the most attention to our clients and their payout records. A happy client is a basement of good advertising. We want our members to be able to recommend Santiventures to either their colleagues or to their grandparents. As for the secondary sources we take part in hyip monitoring, forum discussions and anything a webmaster has to offer. Our members also receive newsletters with the latest and updated information first hands to keep in touch with the program.

HN: What are your business plans for the future? Arent you going to change something in your project or add new features?
