All New Sites are Scam

Daily many new HYIP sites come out promising that your financial dreams come true and you can receive very high interests. But unfortunately, I must say that many of these HYIP sites only lie to you. Studies show that 90% of new HYIP sites are scam.

Moreover, my words may sound sad but this statistic holds true. When we think about traditional investment we call Wall Street, Stocks, Bonds, and all that good stuff but the Internet HYIP is new, interesting and risky.

Most new HYIP sites are Ponzi Scams. The name Ponzi comes from the man Charles Ponzi who scammed millions of dollars from his friends, family, colleagues, etc. Charles Ponzi paid out his original investors from the investment of others, the same type of scam happens today.

Many HYIP portals which appeared these days claim that they are backed up by Forex Trading. In other words, they say all these words to draw you in there trap and at first they probably do pay you, however a few weeks later the site will run away with all the money from investors and you will be left in the dirt.

I said at the very beginning of this article that hundreds of new HYIP sites are made every week and people still fall into their scams. I can also understand if by reading the first couple of paragraphs you are probably scared to invest anything online (maybe it is okay), but you should remember that HYIPs are usually run as games and when the payout reaches a certain percentage they stop paying and start a new round.

One of the most important mistake and problems is that if people usually see there making money so they invest all the money into the same program where they got the interests. It is to remember that investors must not reinvest their principal money. It is much better to play only with investing profits.

The common mistakes of investment in new HYIPs made by investors are following: I mentioned above that investors should take back their principal investment. Furthermore, when investors invest in a program and receive their money back in addition with their profit, it is advisable to invest only the profits.

Because whether investors do it, they now have no risk in losing their money in HYIPs, they will just lose their interests and nothing else. What investors may also do is instead of investing all of their profits invest 75% of it and keep %25 of it. It is important to remember taking up your principal deposit and play with profits!

It is very meaningful for investors to study new HYIP websites. Studying a website does take some research but it will help you in the long run. For example, if investors see a HYIP site claiming to be backed up by Forex, they must ask them if these investors tell truth or lie.

HYIP scammers are always in a rush and want to get investors' money and leave ASAP, but real HYIP admins won't lie to investors and will take the time to answer investors' questions truthfully, do investors' homework and investors will be awarded.

After studying new HYIP portals it is advisable to check the return on investment. If a program is offering more then 10% a day, there is no doubt that it is a Ponzi Scam. This does not mean that people cannot invest with them, but it does mean that these new HYIP sites which offer too high yields are a Ponzi and are probably running their HYIP in a game type format or they are relying on paying the investors with the investment of new investors.

You can ask me why it is impossible to get more than 10% and why I name these sites a scam or a game. According to HYIP experts, real professional traders cannot possibly offer returns as high as %20-50 profit per day.

We see that this is unrealistic and if they offer those rates they are probably running a HYIP game or Ponzi HYIP. That's why it is important to check the interests. Investors can still make money if a program is a Ponzi or game but if investors want a reliable program, they should settle for %2-5 daily.

Have you ever heard, "Do not put all your eggs in one basket"? Well, this is true, especially for online investment and more especially for new high yields projects. If investors put $50 into a program, they could run off the next day, and now investors left with $0.

The smart thing to do is to invest $10 into 5 different programs if investors have $50. In this way investors are almost guaranteed to make some type of profit. Certainly, investing into 5 different high interest programs cost a lot of time but don't be lazy and do some work because it is your money and you can lose them.

Of course, there are plenty of emotions when people see the opportunity to make a lot of money and become crazy. My advice is not to invest too much money into new HYIP as in the long run because investors will probably lose their investments.

From reading this article investors can see that very many new HYIP sites appear every day and very many sites can be scam. It is smart and important to investors to identify if a new HYIP is a scam or not. Then they may decide whether investors invest into a new project and how to minimize their risk of losing investors' money. I hope that this article would help you make money with new HYIP instead of losing them.
