We have received a report from one of our regular readers regarding the program called MontcalmTrade (montcalmtrade.com):

It seems like MontcalmTrade has really started having problems. It is unfortunate but the payments have been delayed for more than 72 hours and there are scam alerts and the information that the administration does not respond to emails on HYIP forums. We have already contacted the administration asking to explain the reasons of delays and this news will be updated as soon as we get a response.
The status of MontcalmTrade has been changed to “Waitingâ€: http://montcalmtrade.hyipnews.com/.

It is possible that the administration could not solve the problem with pending withdrawals quickly enough on the weekend and therefore it is too soon to make conclusions. Let's wait and see what happens today. Anyway, it is not recommended investing in this program until the problem is solved and the situation is clear.
UPDATE (12/14/2010): The status changed to NOT PAYING.
