Due to some technical glitch in the system of ROICredit some users have been credited the profit for May 23 twice and some were not credited the profit at all. As reported by the admin of ROICredit, the number of members requesting withdrawals is enormous and growing rapidly, hence all investors requesting for profit are asked to wait with patience for the period of 12 hours until their withdrawals are paid to the e-currency accounts.
The bug with the profit calculation script has been now eliminated and as reported all members, who got the profit for May 23 twice have been deducted with the penalty amount and those, who were missing their profit, have been calculated it properly. Anyway, all customers are highly recommended to check their accounts within the ROICredit website, including the e-currency accounts as well and check, whether it's ok with the profit or not. In case there is any discrepancy, one is advised to contact the support of ROICredit immediately.
Along with the unpleasant news concerning the system glitch there is also some piece of good news for those, loving to work with SolidTrustPay payment system. From now on, STP has been added as an alternative payment option for making deposits and withdrawals to and from ROICredit investment plans. Adding STP has become possible after ROICredit has got the account verified within the system. One more requirement needs to be quoted for everyone to understand its essence to the utmost. Here it goes:
"... this is an additional feature investors need to update STP username in user panel for which Tranasction PIN is must. For those investors who are unable to reset Pin, Please send us a support Ticket along with your Username & STP username so that the same will be updated in Master file."
